Please Note: At the moment Going Loco only delivers within the UK for further information on non UK delivery please contact us via our contact page. If paying by credit or debit card please call our shop in normal working hours for faster delivery. Customers wishing to pay by cheque please contact us.

ENVIROMENT:- Our aim is for miminum packaging in the interest of the environment.
STANDARD DELIVERY:- Our standard postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. We aim to process and despatch orders within 3 days of receipt of your order, although at peak times we ask you to allow a little longer (up to 28 days). Orders are subject to availability.
POSTAGE CHARGES  On orders on or over £50.00 we give free delivery. Any orders less that £50.00 our postage charge is £2.00.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:-
If you wish to return your order, you must advise us within 14 days. The order must be returned to us unused and in their original condition inclusive of all labelling within 14 days of notification. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. On receipt we will fully refund the cost of the products within another 14 days. the postage back to us will be at your expense, however we will happily refund the cost of postage back to us.
