If paying by credit or debit card please call our shop in normal working hours for faster delivery. Customers wishing to pay by cheque please contact us.

ENVIROMENT:- Our aim is for miminum packaging in the interest of the environment.
STANDARD DELIVERY:- Our standard postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. We aim to process and despatch orders within 3 days of receipt of your order, although at peak times we ask you to allow a little longer (up to 28 days). Orders are subject to availability.
POSTAGE CHARGES  On orders on or over £50.00 we give free delivery. Any orders less that £50.00 our postage charge is £2.00.

If you wish to return your order, you must advise us within 7 days. They must be returned to us unused and in their original condition inclusive of all labelling within 28 days of receipt. We do ask that you pay the postage back to us ‘which is non refundable’ as we do not operate a free returns service. Customer wishing to change their products due to their own error will be charged £3.50 to cover clerical costs. A cheque or postal order must be included with the returned products. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns are at your expense. On receipt we will fully refund the cost of the products but not the postage cost. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
